We welcome enquiries for Community Focused Events

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer space hire for any private celebrations like weddings or birthdays.

Please note, 20 working days notice is required to give due consideration to proposals and we operate a strict no alcohol policy.

REGULAR SPACE HIRE ENQUIRIES

Consideration give to proposals of 8 or more regular dates

We welcome regular space hire enquiries for The Lucas Suite, The Sports Hall and The Upper Room.

Space Hire Pricing

A discount may be considered for community focused, social enterprise or similar type organisations for bookings of 4 hours or more.

We reserve the right to change our hourly rate and/or discount policy without prior notice.

The Upper Room, a capacity of 100 mixed seating and standing:

Weekdays (9:00am – 5:00pm, minimum of 3 hours) – £30 per hour

Weekday Evenings - Regular Bookings Considered

Saturday Days - No availability

Saturday Evenings - Community Focused events considered

Sundays - No availability

The Lucas Suite, capacity of 20 Students plus 2 Trainers:

Weekdays (9:00am – 4:00pm, minimum of 3 hours) – £30 per hour

All Other Times - Currently No Availability

The Sports Hall, suitable for sports or a capacity of 120 mixed seating and standing:

Weekdays (9:00am – 4:00pm, minimum of 3 hours) – £30 per hour
